New Storm Drain Cover on St Johns Lane opposite Bush Court Flats, Bush Park - is loose and very noisy. Bristol Water attended site and confirmed not Utility Cover

I want to reiterate that this drain is extremely noisy, even from my back garden in Oxford Street. I'd very much appreciate this finally being fixed
