Fallen Dead Tree only held up wire fence near communal footpath

This tree is in a precarious state being held up only by chain link fence inside council housing communal area. It may fall down ripping wire fence quite close to communal housing footpath. The tree had been dead for several years but only recently noticed (yesterday) it had become in a precarious state.
