2 Bristol City Council marked bags of litter abandoned on PAVEMENT. The recycling team told me yesterday that they were from the street cleaning team and should have been collected. Please action this urgently. I first reported this yesterday but the problem was closed today without any action. The reason give was that it was not BCCs responsibility or the litter was on private land. Neither is true. If it wasn't left by the street cleaning team then it is Fly tipping which is BCCs responsibility anyway.
