Faded No Entry road signage, Albert Road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7251834.
As the provided photo shows, this road signage on Albert Road, near to the junction with Feeder Road, has completely faded away, making the sign of no visual use anymore.
Please can this sign be removed and replaced with a new sign.

Still waiting for these ⛔ signs to be replaced. In the meantime, drivers are frequently seen driving through the ⛔ restriction the wrong side of the traffic island.
