Fencing down needs to be removed for H&S

This fence problem was reported by me in January your ref 7064928 The remedy you effected is inadequate and this needs to be removed. There is still some razor wire left, plus it poses a risk to the wildlife living here, eg badgers and foxes and to the large numbers of dogs using the site off lead. It is right by the Dark Lane entrance. Large Parks vehicles drive across this field 2 or 3 times a week to empty the dog poo bin so it is accessible to Parks. The Friends group work party removed an invasive creeper climbing up into the trees at this entrance at the weekend so it is easier to remove. It is most definitely a H&S Risk by my judgement as a BCC Parks H&S Trained leader. Please temove it. Thank you.
