Elderly people sign collapsed. Have moved to side of pavement. Smashed base of pole out of pavement down with a rock to prevent trip hazard.

  • Elderly people sign fallen down. Have moved to side of pavement and smashed down base of pole out of ground with a rock to prevent trip hazard. Henleaze high rd just after Tesco express.
