Uneven footpath unsafe

Whilst walking along this road with my baby in pram, I fell on this uneven footpath, rolled my ankle and severely damaged my right ankle and left knee due to the path being uneven and unsafe. There is a break in the path. I have had to attend urgent care and had to have X-rays taken which showed bone had been pulled away by the ligaments due to the fall. I’d like this to be rectified and repaired along with a claim for injury to be put in against Bristol city council for unsafe footpath causing injury.
