Button on crossing doesn't work

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights category by James Perkins at 08:57, Tuesday 11 March 2025

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7258818.

The button on the pedestrian crossing doesn't work. There are two. The one with the arrow in the google street view photo sometimes works if you press it around 20/30 times, but the other one always works. This is not useful for visually impaired people as there is no feedback that the button press has/hasn't worked. This has been like this for months now.
