Green wheelie bins overflowing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7263368.

Due to ongoing works on Victoria Street the access to Church Lane from Victoria Street is not possible. The bins of 88 and 90 Victoria are overflowing and the waste collection didn't happen as scheduled.
