10x black broken bins blocking pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7267612.

Blocking pavement in front of Arley court. Difficult for able-bodied people to pass. Will obstruct buggies and wheelchairs. These have not been used or collected since July 2024. Often full of stagnant water.
