There is a tall fridge freezer dumped in the corner of the pathway behind my sheltered council housing. I cannot get my wheelchair past it. 77 Bloy St. I have 2 young children, and it stinks.

Whoever lived here before perhaps left it. When I moved in just after 14th February, it was already there. My flat was unfurnished. I can't let my kids out into the back garden as I worry about the bacteria it will contain. Please can you move it? Thankyou.
