Human faeces at the top of the stairs between Union Street and Fairfax Street. Stairs stink of urine. All despite the stairs being "cleaned" this morning. Clearly anything below Union Street is not worthy of being clean! There are businesses on Fairfax Street that depend on people walking down those stairs. This is terrible for business and as an image for Bristol city centre!
