Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7283346.

Same car keeps parking at bottom of windsor grove easton bristol back end right at bottom obstructing view for oncoming cars coming left down easton Road its on a double yellow line reg KR55 UDP thiis issue is ongoing for 2 or months i have a disabled bay she literally blocked me in she has already had ticket for parking there
