Broken kerb, pot hole, faded yellow lines

The double yellow lines have faded so people are parking on the pavement which has caused kerb damage (trip hazard). Also there are multiple pot holes in the road. Please fix kerbs, pot holes and repaint yellow lines. Thank you.
