Full large canisters of NOS or similar pressurised gas canisters dumped in the shallow stream

My neighbour just caught 2 people dumping boxes of brand new NOS canisters into the stream. This happened today 16th March 2025.
They are likely to get washed down stream if not removed immediately.
It is easily accessible from Ellesmere Road.
