Large piece of furniture blocking pavement

Large desk blocking part of the pavement here, left a number of months already. This was an issue for a wheelchair user in our house and means he can't use that side of the street. I see someone else reported the same thing. Thanks!

    This desk has been left on the road for several months. The residents here also seem to have a problem sorting their recycling which means it is not collected and has been left on the road for several days.
