Failed repair on entrance to car park

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7289630.

Stonework raised and loose, risk to all cars accessing the car park. This was previously fixed a year ago and looked very loose immediately after repair.

  • The stonework has become raised and an increasing danger to car tyres that pass over every day accessing this car park. One is now broken due to improper bedding, and all are now loose so a hazard to pedestrians as well. The repair was reported over 3 months ago as faulty and no action has been taken yet.

  • Stonework incorrectly fixed is now raising and becoming worse danger to vehicle tyres. Reported in March 2025 but no response yet. Sharp edges and broken gutter as attended to in 2024 but not correct materials or adequate compaction or bedding were uses by contractor.

  • Over 6cm sharp raised edge of concrete in highway access to residents parking. Please can you address thus failed repair?
