Pavement Obstructed

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7291117.

Table and chairs are being used outside the cafes on the pavement, the pavements are extremely narrow, and if someone may have a pushchair with them you certainly wouldn't get past without being forced into the road
