Fence broken

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7292057.

Fence surrounding sovereign housing has broken/ been broken, allowing motorbikes and mopeds into public grass area, when spoke to sovereign they informed me the gate is bristol city councils responsibility not there’s.
