Error with pedestrian crossing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7294388.

Occasionally the pedestrian crossing will have an error so that after the button being pressed it just goes off again (as if button wasn't pressed) and no crossing happens in the normal pattern
