Tree branches that hang over the parapet need to be trimmed

Branches of the tree hangs over our gully/parapet. Leaves and debris fall from the branches block our gutter system and cause water damage to flats in this area. This issue has been ongoing for over 2 years. We are spending thousands on gutter clearance every year.
