15 or so tins of paint

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7298202.
The tins of paint have been dumped on the pavement ,which is now partially blocked outside the rear entrance to 23 Pomfret Gardens opposite 14 Burfoote Gardens in Burfoote Gardens. This will be the second time this has happened in exactly the same location.
