Two drains blocked in with tarmac from recent resurfacing works, debris left from contractors in hedge including large plastic drum, tarmac stones on road and pavements (dangerous for car windscreens etc) also signage equipment left flat in grass verge. The two drains blocked with tarmac are on the left side of Falcondale Road between Downs Cote Park and the Zebra crossing on the left as you come up the hill.
