Fly tipping on pavement

Fly tipping again ,in same area needs a camera to see who is dumping it ! Taking up most of the pavement, if you have a child in a pram , you would find it very difficult to get past . Could be from the flats ,as is a regular occurrence. Not sure how long this latest rubbish has been there , probably at least 5 days . The location is just inbetween the barbers shop and the off licence .BS15 1BH
