Poor Road Condition

Orange Street is in a poor condition with damage having been done when the Moxy Hotel was built and the road has not been reinstated or repaired since. There are both depressions and poor surfacing which should be addressed. Can you let me know if any works to Orange Street are planned for the future? Thank you.

This is now a daily obstruction. The pavements and road surface are getting increasingly cracked and pitted. The blocking of the fire dry riser and exit to Newfoundland Court (to the left of the the metal container) is also dangerous. Please confirm if there is a plan to restore Orange Street and address the wider parking/corner cutting issues flagged above , once work on the hotel has finished.
