In the middle of the road

Reported via mobile in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 15:38, Saturday 22 March 2025

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7319715.

Someone has left a bag of excrement in the middle of the road and has now been run over by a car and speed across the whole street. There is constantly people coming and going who aren't local residents picking up take aways from lodge causeway and using Elgin road as a rubbish bin/toilet general place they disrespect and it's getting frustrating from all the residents. There's not alot of residents on this street but our lives are being ruined by the lack of respect people have when collecting thier dinner. There's no parking for the take aways so they double park, block access to the road, block disabled bays and make our lives a misery. The lack of street lighting (one lighting column for the whole street) means at night the residents are concerned for thier safety when leaving by foot or car and this is constant from lunch time to bed time. Please do something to rectify this. At least get the street cleaned regularly not just when there is a complaint and address the signage as its a dead end. Enforce parking as the turning circle is constantly used as a car park and erect more street lighting columns. One is not enough on one side of the street half way down.
