    Hi, residents have started using bins and these orange barriers everytime to reserve their parking spots. Although I appreciate some have a dropped curbs so they have the right to have access, however that is not the case for all of them. It causes a massive issue with parking for other members of the public but also for businesses who have customers looking to park. Ultimately, the bottom line is that they shouldn't be doing this and it needs to stop.
