This is a recurring theme. This is a public road where the gutters are full of rubbish & leaf fall. Public pavements that are being encroached by sticks, rotting leaves & rubbish. Making this a hazard to anyone with sight issues or other mobility problems. Stop closing reports that are your responsibility, or get it to the correct recipient!
