  • The problems with bins on the pavements is not resolved yet. People come and drop their rubbish in the bins, but no one claims that it belongs to them. I tried to keep the bins to the respective flat numbers written over bins, but next day again the bins were on the pavement. This is the blocking the pathway as well as the windows of flat. Please take them if it doesn't belong to any household as people from all around come and dispose their rubbish.
