People have messed with the fuse box of the lights

People have broken the lock on the fusebox for the lights of the football fields. (See picture of people accessing the fusebox late at night)

They now turn them on when they want even after the 8pm automatic cutoff. This is happening more and more everynight. They have done this for the past 2 weeks. The lights are very annoying as they shine into my home.
