The loading bay in front of 3 Glass Wharf, Avon Street is used for deliveries and refuse collection. When people are using it as their private car park, it can disrupt our deliveries and collections. As you can imagine, we cannot have build up of waste that cannot be collected. The council need sot sort this please. There are also vans on pavements, at junctions, etc.
