Blocked draind

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7359067.

All the drains in the railing side of Duckmoor Rd are and have been five years completely blocked. Leaves from the trees are NEVER cleared, Duckmoor road was surface dressed and all the loose clippings added to the mix. This has been reported time and time again, and to the local councillors, but nothing EVER happens. Its surely not beyond the Council's scope to clear drains; that is surely, part of what we pay our council tax for. Residents are fed up with no one taking any notice whatsoever of our endless reports which go nowhere .
