  • This problem, reported on March 30th, has not been addressed. A large quantity of black bags, containing plaster and building rubble, has been dumped on the pavement, causing a dangerous trip hazard, particularly for visually impaired people. It's unsightly, and the rubbish is spreading further along the footpath as the bags disintegrate.
