Trees need pollarding

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7366929.

I have sent you an email before regarding our trees need pollarding. This was done about 12 weeks ago but there were 3 trees left to be done. You sent me an email to say the tree surgeons were coming to finish the job. Someone came on Friday 28th March and attached signs to the trees left to be done saying they would be here on Monday 31st March. The neighbours removed their cars in readiness for the tree surgeons to have clear access to cut trees but knowone arrived. We have now noticed the signs have been removed. WHAT IS GOING ON! As the cut of point I understand was today.Please can you look into this ASAP. Thank you.
