Uneven surface from raised paving slabs, Church Road

On the section of pavement where the pin has been dropped on the map on Church Road, can be found a number of paving slabs which are very sharply raised creating a very uneven pavement surface, presenting a very active health and safety hazard for trips and falls.

Please can the affected paving slabs be relaid.
