You asked to be contacted with a new report if the owners hadn’t acted after 28 days. No action has been taken. The branches are still very low & the huge amount of leaf fall generated by the home oak throughout the year blocks drains & deposits very waxy, slippery leaves on a very cambered pavement. Please help & get them to act.

No action taken. Tree is big & has a huge leaf fall that covers the pavement. The pavement itself has a very steep camber. Even when dry the leaves are slippery. The branches are below eye height. This problem rolls round every year. The leaves aren’t cleared on anything like a regular basis & it feels like no one has it on a schedule. Why not?

We have sent an enforcement letter to request that the land owner takes action on the issue raised.
