Modal Filters Badly Reposition After Being Moved

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7391842.

The modal filters planters were moved for access. They were put back wrong. The back two are diagonal leaving a tiny gap between. The front two are too far back and were not placed back on their markers. I witnessed a disabled person on a mobility scooter trying to manoeuvre between a bollard and only one wheel on the dropped kerb. On the dotted lines traffic facing without the filters to protect them one side. Poor job. Please sort this out before someone is injured.
