Speed warning sign

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7391892.

Speed warning sign that should flash 20 does not work. The road is very busy and dangerous with frequent speeding and the traffic calming measure does not work. There is a solar panel which is blocked by the tree so not sure if this is the issue.
