This is very dangerous as children may find the paint and drop it, or adults may pick the paint up and drop it or use it for damaging property. The five tins of paint are also on the pavement ouside 29 Kensington road St George Bristol BS5 7NB. The owners of this property do not see potentail health and safety risks to the public and have not reoved the five tins of paint. It needs to be removed very rapidly.
