Waste left on street. Unknown possibly hazardous liquid leaking and covering pavement. Other items of waste some bulky left on pavement obstructing walking. The liquid is oozing down the street. Apoears to be left by the Kings Arms Public House but not sure

It is smelly, unsightly and possibly dangerous. This is obstructing walking. This is not pleasant to be seen. This is a common occupancy and I feel should not be tolerated, simply because there are no recourses or appropriate measures in place to deal with the issue
