Building work blocking path

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7400345.

At 94 Clouds Hill Road there is ongoing building work occurring. The path is constantly obstructed and today was completely not usable. The expectation from construction workers is for people to walk out onto an area incredibly busy part of the road that is on a corner that is notorious for having a blind spot. This issue has been ongoing for a number of weeks and seems to just be getting worse.
