This bag with human excrements has been on the entrance to our street Victoria Park for over a week now. It's located on the pavement by the yellow bin however this bin is not always there. I would like to request for this issue to be removed as it not only affects the aesthetic appearance of our area but also poses potential health risks and environmental concerns. Thank you
