Rubbish over road and dumped near our bin

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7409165.

Rubbish is being dumped in bags and being ripped open and strewn all over the road. It is being dumped and filling up our own red private bin which is located at the side of our office.
