Rubbish still strewn across grassland

This is 4th report about this. Recently closed as “not council land”. IT IS! Have now made a complaint through the council. Please clear this up, it has got so bad that a recently dumped black bag of plastic bottles and other rubbish had been ripped open by wildlife so I took it and put it in my own bin so it doesn’t cause additional mess.
