The tree pictured in the photos is growing into the property at an unsafe angle and concern is starting to grow that this will eventually come down with a strong wind and cause damage to the property. I would appreciate some sort of remediation, otherwise in the event that the tree does fall down and damage the property the council will be liable for the costs.
