Sofa and various litter blocking pavement

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping category anonymously at 21:05, Friday 11 April 2025

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7423518.

There are a group of people living in the house opposite our flat who repeatedly fly tip and cause noise disturbances. We have witnessed people from the house steal trolleys from the local Asda and fill them with Rubbish. The house appears to be council housing however there is a constant flow of at least 25 people occupying the house. Unfortunately this means that people are knocking on the door every 5 minutes throughout the night and shouting; making it very difficult to sleep. At least 8 children appear to be left to their own devices and have been seen smashing glass bottles and shouting throughout the day.

Updates

  • Thank you for taking the time to report fly- tipping to Bristol City Council. We will aim to remove the fly- tip within 3 days, but this depends on its size, scale, location, or whether the fly tip is hazardous.

Reducing levels of fly tipping is important so please share any evidence of who is doing it with the council.

If you witnessed who fly-tipped the waste or have evidence (CCTV/photo) please call us on 01179222100, or submit this at https://digital.bristol.gov.uk/ streets-travel/ tell-us-about-a-fly-tipping-incident-you-saw #YourCity.YourCall
