Broken glass bricks ?

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7426010.

At the beginning of the lane , broken blue glass, possibly bricks , today . There's also an with rubbish further down the lane . My neighbour at 18 foxcroft Rd has diy rubbish overflowing into the lane , I will report that separately. If the lane is private land please advise who owns it and who can clear it
