Deep potholes in West Mall and Caledonia Place particularly against the railings in the parking areas.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7427333.
West Mall and Caledonia Place are currently being resurfaced and patch repairs were carried out about a month ago. However the potholes I have specified above, against the railings of both roads and abutting some of the pavement haven’t been repaired. The first resurface coating occurred on Thursday and Friday last week and believe it or not the contractors simply put a thin coat of tarmac and loose chippings on top of the potholes…!! Unbelievable. These potholes need to be properly filled in. If you park there now, the car tips off at an angle - dangerous and also not great for the car. Please get these contractors to do a proper job on these potholes. We’re all paying extortionate amounts of council tax and in return taxpayers rightfully expect the council to get a proper job done. It’s probably a privatisation problem..

I would like to also complain about the very poor quality of the resurfacing of West Mall and Caledonia Place. Endless potholes have not been filled in near the pavements and the road is still very uneven and not levelled. Some large dips are still there.
