One way street

Reported via desktop in the Road signage category anonymously at 11:52, Sunday 13 April 2025

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7427742.

I see this has been reported before and then closed with no outcome. I walk down Hampton Lane frequently and I’m frequently driven at by cars deliberately going th3cwtong way as it’s quicker to do the wrong thing than go all around the one way system / pedestrianisation than obey the signs. The last driver I spoke to responded with ‘oh don’t worry mate, I can get out’. Seemingly thinking I was concerned he might be stuck and not my concern that he’s potential going to take out a cu list or pedestrian as he incorrectly exits onto Aberdeen Road. Please do something before someone is injured.
