Lorrys delivering to industrial estate can't enter due to cars blocking corner.

This is and has been the only entrance/exit into our industrial estate for months. Lorrys still can't access the industrial estate due the corner being parked on time and time again. Our business is being effected every week where lorrys can't deliver to us. Our only option is to tell the driver to park on East St, we then have to carry glass to our premises on the industrial estate. The bollards that are put in place are simply getting moved For safety reasons we can't be carrying glass past pedestrians Can something more permanent be put in place so our small businesses aren't affected
